Processing Time
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Once shipped, the package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS/UPS), and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@teddibrowni.com. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but if your order has already been packed, we may not be able to update the address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
Shipping Protection
We offer shipping protection as an optional add-on at checkout. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages and ensures a replacement if needed.
- If shipping protection was not purchased, we cannot provide a replacement for lost or damaged items.
- If shipping protection was purchased and your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the damaged book.
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label.
- Your order number.
If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we consider it delivered. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes, which are automatically calculated at checkout.
We do not assume responsibility for orders shipped via freight forwarders. Once handed to the forwarder, we cannot assist with lost, damaged, or undelivered items.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions can be made at our on discretion. Return claim must be made within 48 hours after delivery. Thank you for understanding.
- We might only make changes within 12 hours of purchase – this includes order cancellations and address changes. After this period, processing begins immediately, and we cannot guarantee changes.
- We cannot combine separate orders.
If you have any concerns, please email us within 7 days of purchase to resolve any issues. We will not be able to assist you beyond this timeframe.
